- Immediate Notification (24 Hours): You must notify our team of your concerns within 24 hours of the service completion time. This allows us to address the issue while the details are fresh.
- Free Re-Service (7-Day Window): Upon receiving your feedback, we will swiftly arrange for the original Service Professional (or another qualified professional) to return to your home and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no charge to you. This visit must be scheduled and completed within 7 calendar days of your initial contact.
- Final Recourse (Money-Back): If, after the complimentary re-service, you are still dissatisfied with the outcome, we will issue a full refund for the service. We appreciate the opportunity to correct any shortcomings and value your trust.
