We only partner with highly experienced and dedicated independent Service Professionals who treat your home with the utmost respect. While we are proud to say that breakage and damage are extremely rare, we want you to be fully informed about the process if a minor mishap occurs.

Collaboration: Our Best Defense

The number one way we prevent accidents is through open communication!

Before the Service Professional begins cleaning, we strongly recommend you take a moment to:

  • Point out any fragile, valuable, or heirloom items that require extra gentle handling or are uniquely placed.
  • Request they skip cleaning certain areas or specific belongings altogether. We encourage this for items that are particularly precious or sentimental!

The Resolution Process

Please remember that our Agency is purely a referral service and the Service Professionals are independent business owners, not employees of our company.

  • Accountability: If accidental damage occurs during a service, the Service Professional who performed the work is ultimately responsible for the repair or replacement.
  • Facilitated Resolution: To ensure the issue is handled smoothly, we ask that you notify Evermaid Cleaners LLC immediately. While the Service Professional is accountable, we will facilitate communication and guide the process to make sure the issue is addressed and resolved promptly and professionally with you.

Insurance and Protection

For added peace of mind, every Service Professional referred through our platform is required to carry general liability insurance with coverage of at least $1,000,000. Evermaid Cleaners LLC also maintains general liability insurance with $1,000,000 in coverage.

This coverage is intended to help address qualifying damage claims that may arise during a cleaning.
