The Heavy Duty / Move In / Move Out Clean is our most intensive, top-to-bottom service, designed for total property revitalization and deep cleaning. This thorough option is perfect for clients including homeowners, landlords, property managers, buyers, and sellers—as well as current residents who require an exceptionally deep “heavy duty” clean of their lived-in space. For the Service Providers to complete this work, functioning electricity and water must be accessible and available throughout the appointment.

 

Bedroom & Living Spaces

Sweep/Vacuum and mop floors

Clean light switches and door knobs

Clean cobwebs; dust shelves, furniture, window sills

Empty garbage (hauling & bags not included)

Clean mirrors and glass

Clean baseboards, doors, and door frames

Dust shutters, ceiling fans, and blinds. If blinks have a lot of build up, they may require a Wet Wipe (which is not included in the Intro Cleaning)

Clean Inside Windows (including 1 glass door, only windows we can reach without a step stool or ladder.  Outside windows are not provided)

Wet wipe blinds (does not include 1” vinyl blinds)

 

Kitchen

Sweep and mop floors

Clean and disinfect all countertops

Clean outside cabinets, drawers, and knobs

Empty garbage (hauling & bags not included)

Clean In/Out microwave & coffee machine

Clean table & chairs

Clean stove top

Gather dirty dishes and load in dishwasher

Clean inside and around sink & backsplash

Clean outside of refrigerator

Dust blinds

Clean the inside of the oven. (self cleaning must be turned on prior to arrival. 1 oven per home. Oven must be cold to clean)

Clean inside refrigerator (1 per home)

Clean baseboards, doors, and door frames

Clean inside cabinets & drawers (must be empty)

Wet wipe blinds (does not include 1” vinyl blinds)

 

Bathroom

Sweep and mop floors

Clean mirrors

Wipe down vanity, cabinets, and drawers

Clean sink area and faucets

Clean & disinfect toilet in and out

Clean shower and tub

Clean cobwebs

Dust blinds

Clean baseboards, doors, and door frames

Clean exterior of washer and dryer

Wet wipe blinds (does not include 1” vinyl blinds)

Clean inside cabinets & drawers (must be empty)
