You are welcome to prepare as much or as little as you prefer before our arrival. However, our Service Providers reserve the right to reassess the scope of the job upon arrival if the workload appears significantly greater than what was outlined in the original order.

To prevent any scheduling issues or changes in price, please notify us of any changes to your home’s condition or service requirements at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
