We aim for perfection on every service. If any aspect of your cleaning does not meet your expectations, we stand by our work through this three-step resolution process:

  1. Immediate Notification (24 Hours): You must notify our team of your concerns within 24 hours of the service completion time. This allows us to address the issue while the details are fresh.
  2. Free Re-Service (7-Day Window): Upon receiving your feedback, we will swiftly arrange for the original Service Professional (or another qualified professional) to return to your home and re-clean the specific areas of concern at no charge to you. This visit must be scheduled and completed within 7 calendar days of your initial contact.
  3. Final Recourse (Money-Back): If, after the complimentary re-service, you are still dissatisfied with the outcome, we will issue a full refund for the service. We appreciate the opportunity to correct any shortcomings and value your trust.
