To accommodate the necessary travel time and unexpected variations in service duration between appointments, we schedule services using a one-hour arrival window for your Service Provider. Should the Service Provider anticipate a delay beyond this window, we will proactively contact you immediately to discuss arrangements, which may involve adjusting the service start time or, in rare cases, rescheduling the service to another day. While such delays are uncommon, this clear procedure ensures we always maintain a ready solution for any unforeseen scheduling issues.
