Arrival Window

Our cleaners do their best to arrive right at your scheduled time. We ask for a one hour arrival window to allow for traffic or the occasional delay, but most days our team arrives right on time.

Cancellations

We hold your appointment time especially for you. If you need to make any schedule changes, please let us know by 5 p.m. the day before your service to avoid a cancellation fee.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely happy with your service, reach out within 24 hours of your service and we’ll take care of it.

Billing

We place a temporary hold on your card one day before service. Your card isn’t charged until after your cleaning is finished, and you’ll receive an email invoice immediately. Some banks may show the hold as a charge and funds may not be available, but it’s simply a pre-authorization.
